The Solar Plexus chakra, is commonly accepted location is between the navel and the lower part of the chest. Closely connected to the digestive system, especially the gastric and hypogastric plexi, its main function is to help transform matter into energy to fuel your body. It governs metabolism and associated with the pancreas.
A balanced Solar Plexus Chakra means you are responsible and reliable, healthy self-esteem, spontaneity, playfulness, sense of humor, able to make decisions and meet challenges, and have a warm personality.
Physical attributes connected to the solar plexus chakra are eating, intestinal or stomach disorders, hypoglycemia, diabetes, eczema, acne, food allergies, chronic fatigue, depression, pancreas, gallbladder and liver issues.
How do we balance the Solar Plexus Chakra?
There are certain essential oils and gemstones that represent the Solar Plexus Chakra. The oils and gemstones used in your session work together with your solar plexus energy center to balance your physical, spiritual and emotional being.
Essential Oil Base:
Peppermint, coriander, ginger, caraway, cardamom, fennel, and anise essential oils (DigestZen Blend™), cassia, clove, vetiver, black pepper, helichrysum, cedarwood and juniper berry essential oils are thoughtfully blended and applied to the Solar Plexus Chakra.
Bergamot essential oil is added for an underactive solar plexus chakra.
Wintergreen essential oil is added for an overactive solar plexus chakra.

Calcite crystals (pinkish in color) are included with your session and have many positive attributes such as clearing out old energy patterns and increasing personal motivation and drive. Specifically, calcite is a clearer of accumulated self doubt, giving you the opportunity for a clean emotional slate.
