Salus Heat Infrared Dry Sauna

Salus Heat Infrared Dry Sauna

INTRODUCING

We are truly excited to offer Salus Heat Infrared Dry Sauna as part of our Holistic Health care.

BENEFITS OF SALUS HEAT INFRARED SAUNAS

1. The warming effect on your body stimulates your cardiovascular, immune and lymphatic systems directly which  encourages detoxification of the body’s cells.  Use with RED and/or YELLOW Chromotherapy

Your body responds to this by sweating.  In a far infrared sauna, your body sweats and reaps all the health benefits of accelerated circulation.  Using an infrared radiant heat sauna avoids the lack of oxygen and extremely hot air that makes you feel refreshed in a traditional steam sauna.

2. Long-term use of the sauna improved skin health as well as improved overall health.  Use with GREEN and/or BLUE Chromotherapy

3. High temperature sterilization reduced inflammation in the body, reduces pain from diseases such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.  Use with PURPLE LIGHT Chromotherapy

4. Infrared saunas have also been shown to help with weight loss, as the heat from the sauna can help increase metabolism and burn calories.  Use with RED LIGHT Chromotherapy

5. Built-in Chromotherapy

Chromotherapy, also known as color therapy, is an alternative medicine practice that uses color and light to improve mental and physical health.  It’s based on the idea that certain colors can affect people’s energy and health outcomes.  Chromotherapy has been used for over 2,000 years, with records of its practice in ancient Egypt, Greece, China, and India.   Chromotherapy works by adjusting body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony.

Red light: Activates and improves circulatory and nervous systems.  Aids in the production of red blood cells, collagen cells and helps to burn fat.
Orange light: Enhances overall mood.  Aids in stomach and digestion issues, as well as asthma and bronchitis.
Yellow light: Works on internal tissues.  Reactivates and purifies skin.
Green light: Calming, relaxing.  Is used in conjunction with blue lights for SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) sufferers.
Blue light: Stimulates muscles and skin cells. Addresses infections. Used to treat liver conditions and break down bilirubin.
Purple light: Relaxes nerves and lymphatic systems. Addresses inflammation and urinary illnesses. Helps with eye inflammation, glaucoma and eye fatigue.

6. Built-in privacy glass.  The glass door is tinted with 2-3% visibility, which means without the internal reading light on, our clients can see out, but others cannot see in.
