The crown chakra, or “Sahasrara”, is located 1-2 inches above the bridge of the nose.  Your Sahasrara represents your spiritual connection to yourself, others, the universe and plays a part in your life’s purpose.  It is symbolized as a lotus flower with 1,000 petals.  You have the will to initiate and accept Divine Wisdom and the vitality is knowing the perfection in all of life.

A balanced Crown Chakra means you are aware of big picture, and have the  ability to recognize and receive spiritual guidance through sense of oneness.  Enlightenment and the ability to transcend physical laws while comfortable on Earth.  The Crown Chakra represents the highest aspect of one’s self including presence, bliss, and an awareness of higher consciousness.

Physical attributes connected to the crown chakra are issues with the hypothalamus, central nervous system, cerebral cortex, dementia, auto-immune disorders, epilepsy, amnesia, migraines and brain tumors.

How do we balance the Crown Chakra?
