Payment Policy
All accounts require a form of payment when scheduling appointments. Payment information is obtained for cancellation fees, should they occur. Charges for appointments are not paid prior to completion of services. FSA/HSA card information may also be added as a form of payment. Multiple forms of payment may also be added to a client profile.

Clients can opt for a payment plan through Vagaro — AFFIRM. With AFFIRM, you can choose multiple services, add-ons or products. Once you have your choices are made, select AFFIRM at checkout and pick a payment plan that works for your budget.
Package Policy
Pre-paid sessions are transferrable and never expire. Refunds or credits, of any kind, are not offered for any unused sessions. Price does not include gratuity. All services of EQUAL TIME are eligible to use with a package session. Packages can be purchased at Vagaro.com
Cancellation Policy
All appointments are scheduled online via Vagaro.com or a phone call/text–NO WALK-INS ACCEPTED. Each client has their own profile, and responsible for scheduling and canceling to avoid charges. If for any reason an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours, or rescheduled, charges do not apply. If client no-shows, client may be subject up to 100% of the appointment price. Pricing and hours of operation are subject to change. Same day appointments are subject to availability. Therapist may refuse service to ANY client for ANY reason.
